William Samoei Ruto and his running mate Righati Gachagua announced their manifestos last week, also Raila Amolo Odinga who is the leader of Azimio one Kenya alliance and one of the presidential candidate announced his manifestos last week.
Today James Orengo who is one of the bigwigs backing up Raila Odinga for presidential seat has said that Ruto's manifestos is hard to implement and he give him ten out of one hundred.
James Orengo is currently vying for senatorial seat in Kisumu county,and he is one of the members of ODM party,the party is under Azimio one Kenya alliance coalition.
James Orengo said that if he was to give marks,he could give Ruto D due to his manifestos.Just follow me.
