The Member of Parliament for Embakasi East Constituency His Excellency Paul Ongili Owino famously known as Babu Owino has finally decided to tell Kenyans why he will not talk on matters regarding DJ Evolve.
Speaking to Trace Fm on Friday morning, Babu claimed that he will not converse on matters to do with the shooting of renown DJ Evolve because that will be a contempt of court. The legislature further provided that the DPP will come looking for him if he say anything related to the case which is yet to be closed.
"Being a matter before the court of law it is sub judice for me to talk about. I would love to discuss it but one day I will talk about it when this case comes to an end. The moment I talk about it the DPP is going to file for file for my arrest," Babu Owino stated.
The lawmaker appeared to be very immune against the ongoing online pressure further pointing out that the DJ is a very good friend of his.
