With 10 months left to 2022 general election, different party leaders and their party members have kicked off their campaigns to strengthen their political parties in preparation for the 2022 elections.
ODM party which is among the strongest party in the country, also has plans to transverse the whole country to make their party more popular.
There are regions in which the ODM party is perceived to have received hostile reception every electioneering period, but since the famous Handshake, a lot has changed and it has created a clear path for the party to climb the mountain to sell their ideology. The party has held talks with various Jubilee party governors like governor Lee Kinyangui of Nakuru,Ndiritu Mureithi of Laikipia,Kiambu governor James Nyoro for the parties interest to run government in the coming general election and it seems they are buying ODM party ideas of a better nation. The governors have accompanied the ODM leader to various functions which has added value to the party in the central region.
Yesterday, the ODM party leader met 4 Mt. Kenya governors and businessman and they all have inclined towards the former prime minister to protect their businesses when he gets to power.
The bad blood between ODM party leader and his party has been cleaned and they are welcome to Mt . Kenya like before.
