The High Court of Kenya through Justice Anthony Mrima has made a major ruling on Sakaja's Governorship ambitions. The court has dismissed a petition seeking to have the senator blocked from contesting on the argument that he doesn't have a degree from Team University.

The High Court of Kenya has affirmed that the persons against Sakaja have failed to prove of why they are saying he doesn't have a degree. Sakaja has stood to his guns and affirmed that he has a degree hence the allegations against him are just baseless and irrelevant.
This comes hours after Sakaja roasted Igathe miserably in the debate. It's clear, Sakaja won the debate hands down and terribly gave Igathe a miserable time. However, the latest ruling on Sakaja's degree clearly puts Sakaja in the lead to being the next governor.
However as we mong into the elections, let's wait and see of what unfolds after the heated debate and as well after the ruling. However going into the elections, let's wait and see for it's clear we truly live in very interesting times for seemingly all the efforts to stop Sakaja has collapsed.
