What Raila Said Today Hours After Chebukati's Presidential Results Announcement

The former premier Raila Odinga has vowed to challenge the IEBC results at the supreme Court of Kenya. According to Odinga, the results as announced by Chebukati are null and void for the IEBC chair lacked quorum as well the results do not add up to 100 percent.

Here is a link:

Interestingly, it's clear the former premier Raila Odinga has been accused of dividing the IEBC so that he could dwell on the quorum issue. The obvious reality is that declaring election results doesn't really require quorum for it's just a matter of numbers in form 34As.

The former premier Raila Odinga is clear, he won't accept the IEBC results for they are overly absurd and opaque in nature. However a calculation by Juliana Cherera has exposed her to more shame and ridicule for quoting fake figures. Juliana Cherera has said that 0.01 percent of 14,200,000 is 142,000 leading the country into calculations which shows it's 1420.

However as we move into the future, let's wait and see of how Raila Odinga will dispute the presidential results. It's a fact that at the moment, it's really not possible for Raila Odinga to succeed in court given the IEBC servers are open for all to see.
