Former IEBC Commissioner comes back to Kenya. Roselyne Akombe who fled the country after the 2017 General election has returned to the country.
She has been away for almost 6 years, she fled the country to New York after the August 2017 elections saying that she feared for her life, recalling how Msando was murdered before even the elections.
Akombe was forced to resign after the presidential election were nullified by the Supreme Court, the date for a rerun was set but the fearful lady resigned and fled to new York.
The former commissioner said that she felt uncomfortable in her own country since the IEBC commissioners and other officials were recieving death threats from unknown people.
Akombe has been out of the country and now she is back, this is after she posted photos of herself posing with a caption of home is always the best.
The former IEBC commissioner has been welcomed by kenyans terming her as Shujaa, no where is like home they told Akombe.
