Former Narok North MP Moitalel Ole Kenta has Withdrawn the petition challenging the election of Narok Governor Patrick Ntutu. On The ODM Politician wrote to the high court in Narok to withdraw the petition citing a decision taken by the Maasai Council of Elders in the County.
The case was scheduled for hearing on Monday, November 14 but kenta's lawyer led by professor Tom Ojienda filed a notice of motion to withdraw the petition.

After the petitioner conferred with their family members, the community, religious leaders and elders, the complainant on their own will and volition chose to withdraw the petition.
The notice also stated that prolonged Electoral contestation over the Narok Governor election will be prejudicial to the unity and development vision of Narok residents.

Governor Patrick Ntutu will now deliver the promises he made to the residents of Narok County during his campaigns. Do you think that Hon. Moitalel Ole Kenta did the right thing by Withdrawing his petition against the election of Patrick Ntutu?
