"Your Time is up" Dr. Alfred Mutua Tells Kalonzo as he Revist UDA Win in Mguu Musumba Ward

Machakos County governor Dr. Alfred Mutua has asked Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka to pave way for new politics that will liberate the entire Ukambani region. The outspoken governor took to his social media platforms to ask the former Vice President to step aside and allow new leadership to bring development to the region.

Dr. Alfred Mutua who is currently serving his second and last term in office as the governor of Machakos County has criticized Kalonzo Musyoka saying despite him being in the government for the last 36 years, there is nothing new he has brought to his region.

He said Kalonzo Musyoka has been only helping his family and close friends while he was in government but never brought development goals to the region. He added that the Ukambani region is currently lagging because of the Wiper leader.

Dr. Mutua also revisited the recently concluded by-elections in Mguu Musumba Ward where Wiper candidate lost to UDA candidate despite OKA leaders campaigning for them. He said the results show that Kalonzo has been rejected by the Ukambani people.

Dr. Alfred Mutua is among the presidential election candidates in the upcoming 2022 general elections. He will face the likes of his Ukambani rival Kalonzo Musyoka alongside ODM leader Raila Odinga and DP Ruto.
