Kenyans React After Former MP Ngunjiri Wambugu Defended CS Moses Kuria


Kenyans have reacted after former Nyeri town member of parliament Ngunjiri Wambugu defended CS Moses Kuria on the ongoing GMO debate. 

Through his official Facebook page he wrote "Watu waachane na CS Moses Kuria. No way Mutha made the decision to import maize by himself. It must have been discussed by Cabinet. Cabinet was chaired by the President & all CSs were present. ‘Our People’ must not be targeted! "

This comes after politicians and Kenyans at large accussed CS Kuria for the proposed importation of GMO maize. 

Wambugu was defeated dyeing the August polls.

He is a big supporter of retired president Uhuru Kenyatta and the opposition leader Raila Odinga. 

Wambugu's post recieved mixed reactions here are some of their comments. 

Hindjiya Adam says "This are all pure lies being peddled around.The government never imported any maize, at least not for this vessel in question.The truth will come out sooner. People should not share information they know nothing about,"

Alfie Obande says "This thing of " our people are targeted" is what killing Kenyans. According to you @Moses Kuria is correct when he talks but when we question his talks and doings then he changes to Kikuyu community,"

Gitonga Githinji says "The touch Moses Kuria and they will have Gachagua to deal with,"

Rosemary Kibango says "Mhesh sijui watu wanateta Nini we've been taking GMO oranges, apples , chicken, fish ,eggs etc only that we were not told...Walete mahindi mwenye anataka kula akule mwenye ako na organic n am not sure what Kenyans call organic coz I normally see many using chemical fertilizers,"
