Moses Wetangula, the leader of the Ford Kenya Party, and the Kenya Kwanza team have hired Senior Counsel Lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi to sue former prime minister Raila Odinga for allegedly entangling them in plans to rig elections. The lawyer is making new demands of Chief Justice Martha Koome.
I have instructed SC Ahmednasir aka "The Mullah" to take legal action against Odm desperadoes to stop their reckless inanity against Weta and Kenya Kwanza, according to Senator Wetangula. He has stated that he won't sit back and watch his name be dragged in ass with the Kenya Kwanza being tarnished by the Azimio.
Despite agreeing to the proposal, Attorney Ahmednasir responded by claiming that Raila Odinga's request to use the manual register was an attempt to rig the election and should be avoided.
The Attorney has written to Chief Justice Martha Koome of the Kenyan Judiciary to let her know that "Judges are endangering the elections by scattering decisions/judgments like confetti everywhere. The courts must be mindful of the legal deadlines and must not be used improperly to thwart elections. Kenyan courts."
