Kenyans Gang Up Against Raila After His Response to Uhuru’s Rotational Presidency

Kenyans have criticized ODM leader Raila Odinga after he appeared to support President Uhuru Kenyatta’s call to have a different community apart from Kikuyu and Kalenjin get the country’s top seat.

Kenyans told Raila that he should start by shelving his presidential ambitions and allow other leaders who have never won any top seat to be in the presidential race.

Another section lashed out at the former Prime Minister telling him that Kenyans should be left alone to choose who they want to be their next leader.

This is after Raila said that there was nothing wrong with what the president said about having another community produce the next head of state.

“Kenyans are mature enough to make a decision on who they want to be their leader. We don't want lectures of how to elect leaders,” Paul Kangangi.

“If Raila is sincere lets him stop his presidential ambition and support an aspirant from either NEP or coastal region in good faith,” said Nasir Mohamud.

“Mheshimiwa Raila allow me to give you a free advise here kindly stop waiting to be endorsed by Uhuru and think of how you're going to win Kenyans support back already WSR has won their hearts and they have moved on and this is a fact if you doubt wait for the coming by elections,” said David Ndungu.

“Shida ni moja. Citizens vote for the one person who has captured their attention. So watu wapatane tu kwa debe,” said Thee Dre.

“Let the people decide, all these remarks are just undermining our freedom to choose and associate. Tribal cards are behind us,” said Kahugu Muiruri.

“Good. Let's start with those communities who have never produced even a deputy president or prime minister. Some have never produced even a CS, but we can forget that for now,” said Philosopher.
