Deputy President William Ruto on Thursday addressing gathered wananchi at Donyo Sabuk, Tala, Kagundo and kivaani trading centres in Machakos County gave a strong warning to Ex-prime minister Raila Odinga and directing them to restrain from using violence especially during this election period.
Ruto's most recent campaigns have been tagged with disruption and violence and in his statement he affirms these group of youths are being used by ODM leader Raila Odinga to cause disruption in his campaigns.
Referring to disruptions at Embakasi and Kondele areas, DP Ruto gave a strong warning to Raila and direct him to undertake an initiative, come out and publicly disown violence especially during and after the election period.
William Ruto also questioned Raila's agendas, demanding them to desist from giving handouts to Wananchi and instead find better agendas that will help better the lives of mama mboga.
Ruto was accompanied by UDA chairman Johnston Muthama ands MPs Vincent Musyoka of Mwala, Victor Munyaka of Machakos Town, Nimrod Mbai of Kitui East, Ndindi Nyoro of Kiharu and John Paul Mwirigi of Igembe South constituencies.
