Ugandan presidential elections; Bobi Wine claims victory, media denied access to interview him.

Bobi Wine's home is under heavy military guard. The journalist who had an appointment with the presidential candidate on NUP party were today morning denied access to reach him.

The heavy armed officers turned back the media personnel including the international media that had gone to have an interview with the candidate.

Bobi Wine's parallel tallying centre indicate that he is leading in the election ad oppose to the results given by the electoral commission.

According to Uvote an online app run by the National Unity Party,Bibi Wine is leading. He has huge victories including at Yoweri Museveni's home area in Western Uganda. The NUP party says they have the declaration forms for each polling station for verification.

The elections have been done in the darkness with the internet shut down. No communication can take place and transmit the results. The electoral commission is not in position to explain how the results are being sent to the National tallying centre at Kyambogo university in the capital Kampala.

The electoral commission is expected by laws to give the results within 48 hours and it is likely to give the official results before e the end of today.
