Why James Orengo rated Ruto's manifesto 10 percent over a hundred.
After all Presidential candidate gave all their manifesto as required by the Kenyan constitution, various critics rose on either of the 4 presidential election candidates.
James Orengo who is a lawyer by profession and the current governor of Siaya county highly criticized DP Ruto's manifesto giving it 10 percent out of a possible 100 percent claiming that Ruto's manifesto is impractical.
First Orengo said that Ruto with his UDA party did not explain to Kenyans where his government will source the resource or the money to implement his promises.
Secondly, Orengo criticized Ruto by saying that his manifesto is full of lies and empty promises because he didn't explain to Kenyans how he will make Kenya a middle-income country.
Orengo said that Raila's manifesto is practical because when he said that his government will give 6000 shillings to poor families, he explained to Kenyans where he will get this money, thus Raila's manifesto is practical.
On the other hand, East Africa Legislative Assembly Member Dr. Oburu Odinga said that DP Ruto has copy-pasted Raila's manifesto and Ruto should learn how to draft his original manifesto.
