The front runners in Bomet Gubernatorial race is the first governor of Bomet Isaac Ruto who will be vying under Chama Cha Mashinani ticket and the incumbent governor of Bomet,Governor Barchok who will be vying under a United Democratic Alliance ticket.
Speaking during the final send off of Isaac Ruto's mother,Senator Christopher Lagat sent his heart felt condolences to his friend Isaac Ruto.
He further urged the people of Bomet County to vote in Isaac Ruto against his UDA counter part Governor Barchok.He said he does not dear to say who he supports.He further reiterated his support for the deputy president in his presidential bid.
