Peter Kaluma an elected Member of Parliament representing Homa Bay Town Constituency reacted to the Cabinet Secretaries' unveiling by the 5th President of the Republic of Kenya Dr. William Samoei Arap Ruto hardly 36 hours later.
He is seemingly frustrated and unhappy with the choice of docket given to one of their own from the Luo Nyanza region. Owalo was proposed to lead the docket of Information Communication and Technology as a Cabinet Secretary.
Peter Kaluma has taken to his Twitter account what seems to be a reply to Ruto's selection of government cabinet secretaries.
He tweeted, "Luos MUST be given a substantive Ministry to head; not those computer games you have given to Owalo!"
Through another tweet, he claimed that the power cabinet positions have been shared amongst two communities in Kenya, and bones were left to other Kenyans.
He tweeted, "ALL BIG MINISTRIES: Treasury, Interior, Roads Public Works & Infrastructure, Energy, Agriculture, Lands, Water & Irrigation, Environment, Trade to 2 communities/Regions! Bones for OTHER Kenyans"
