Kalonzo Now Confirms Commitment in Working With Azimio, Gives The Condition on Nature of Dialogue

Raila Odinga and President Kenyatta have tried to consolidate their support bases to ensure that Raila Odinga wins in the coming general election.The two have brought on board over 20 political parties that are drumming up support for Raila as the next president of Kenya.

In his quest for the top seat,the Ukambani votes have been slippery for Raila.Machakos governor Dr Alfred Mutua left.Before this, Makueni governor Professor Kivutha Kibwana announced that he would take a backseat in the Azimio campaigns.He kept on blaming Kalonzo in Azimio.

Later,Kalonzo too left after Raila Odinga and Kenyatta opting for Martha Karua as Odinga's running mate.There have been speculations that Kalonzo is contemplating making a comeback in the Azimio La Umoja team.Today,David Murathe said that Kalonzo is in Azimio to stay for now since he is bound by the law.

Luckily,Kalonzo's spokesperson has now confirmed that Kalonzo is committed to work with Azimio la Umoja.However,he has given his condition that the dialogue that will exist between the factions must be structured.Will he get back to Azimio?.Is he softening stand by confirming commitment?
