In the past couple of weeks rumors have had it the popular lawyer is planning to enter in the Kenyan political arena in 2022 however this claim kept people guessing the possible political vehicle he may use.
As many would put it that rumors spread half the world before the truth puts on the shoes, many had started speculating that Ombeta was most likely going to team up with DP Ruto in 2022.
A photo of the lawyer in a meeting with DP Ruto emerged on the social media sites and this prompted one of the Kenyans on twitter to challenge the lawyer of the issue.
“The hypocrisy though. You met the biggest problem of our time to help you start a political career and you are venting like you’re clean,” twitted Osoro Junior.
This attack by a tweep elicited a reaction from Ombeta has finally agreed that he has no problem working with the Deputy President William Ruto.
“I have no problem with him,” responded Ombetta.
On March 5, 2021 when asked by Honorable Nyakerario Mayaka whether he was going to vie for the Bonchari Parliamentary seat during the by-election, he made remarks that left Kenyans with more questions than answers.
Ombeta while replying to Nyakerario hinted at climbing to the arena however he was still consulting widely. As the 2022 general election get closer day by day many existing and emerging parties will be hunting for new members and perhaps that the reason why KOT is keen of arm-twisting people to declare their stands.
