President William Ruto and his deputy Rigathi Gachagua on 14th were warmly welcomed in Siaya by county boss James Orengo and Oburu Odinga.
While there, kenyans noticed that deputy president Rigathi Gachagua wasn't walking on the red carpet like others when president William Ruto was embarrassing Oburu Odinga.
The incident therefore raised mixed reactions from kenyans online with majority seeming to be already used to gachagua's act.
Speaking via their official twitter handles, some have castigated gachagua's move citing that he doesn't know red carpet things.

" Our Deputy doesn't do well with red carpets", George reacted as well.
" Haelewani na hiyo kitu", Kamau wrote.
" Oburu Odinga has done what his brother, Raila Odinga was dreaming to have handshake with President William Ruto", oprono reacted too.

Apparently, this isn't the first time DP Gachagua has failed to walk on red carpet as on several occasions, former Mathira member of parliament was spotted doing the same.
