Embu gubernatorial seat has attracted the interest of top leaders including former Embu County senator Hon Lenny Kivuti and his close ally Hon Emilio Kathuri.
Hon Lenny Kivuti had decided to vie for the Embu County gubernatorial seat alongside former Manyatta MP Hon Emilio Kathuri as his running mate.

According to reliable reports, the former Manyatta Constituency Member of Parliament Hon Emilio Kathuri has decided to ditch Hon Letty Kivuti and run for the gubernatorial seat as he believes he will win it with a landslide.
The vocal legislature has revealed that he is so confident, and is looking forward to reveal through which party he will vie for.
