The Building Bridges Initiative Amendment bill has been facing serious opposing from the opposers .The BBI that was first taken to high court and court of appeals is in its three days of its hearing in supreme court .
The initiative was planned by both the president of Kenya Honourable Uhuru Kenyatta and orange democratic movement party boss Raila Amolo Odinga.It has been seriously opposed by the United Democratic Alliance Party that says that it is not constitutional.
John Kwaminwa a lawyer has submitted his proposals and said that continous amendment on the constitution is so dangerous.The proposers for the Building Bridges Initiative Amendment bill are in higher thoughts wether the court will make it a ruling.
The opposers are also trying to make their appeals to ensure that the bill is not passed in constitution.The judges of the supreme court are also keen listening to the lawyers as they speak concerning the BBI case.
