Biden Late Night Message to Israeli Newly Sworn in Prime Minister set to Replace Netanyahu.

Speaking after Bennett swearing in, he boasted that he'd transformed Israel "From a marginal country to a rising force." He stood up to congratulate Bennett after the vote had been passed.
