In a another video clip that NTV was able to view, a veteran marijuana campaigner is heard advising the Kondole residents to avoid spreading rumors that Wajackoya and Raila are rivals and at odds, adding that they are good friends with the former prime minister.
Wajackoya, however, declared that he would hang all those responsible for scandals involving graft under the rule of his Roots Party government, pointing the gun at individuals he labeled as thieves and looters of public resources.
