Governor Kivutha Kibwana has hinted through his official twitter page in response to political leaders asking him to drop his bid for Makueni Senatorial race.
According to him they are wasting time thinking that he will drop his bid for Makueni Senatorial race. He further added that his mission is to continue to serve the people of Makueni county even beyond 2022 general elections.
"My competitors say am old, Senator is for the young. I should retire.Further they allege position is inferior to governorship. Alternatively I should seek a position in the Azimio government.
My ambition is to serve the Devolution Cause in Senate for Makueni and entire country.
Do you think that Kivutha Kibwana will win Makueni Senatorial seat come August 9 Polls? It's now a matter of wait and see what happens in the coming months if he will win the Makueni Gubernatorial seat or not.
