The two top leaders will be vying for the Kirinyaga County gubernatorial race with the switch of Anne Waiguru to United Democratic Alliance party causing major controversies on who will be vying for the top seat in Kirinyaga County.
Today, after the morning church service at All Saints Cathedral, Deputy President William Ruto and his team went ahead to address residents of Kianyaga where he revealed who will decided on the UDA nominations.
Speaking from Kianyaga, Deputy President William Ruto stated that the people are the one who will decide who will vie for the top Kirinyaga seat that will be contested by Waiguru and Ngirici.
"Hii kiti ya Kirinyaga nataka kuwaambia kua hakuna mtu ataenda hivo. Lazima nyinyi wanaanchi ndo mtaamua kwa nominations ni nani atakaye simama." Deputy President William Ruto stated.
