As the general election approaches rapidly, various political activities are expected to take place. Raila Amollo Odinga and William Ruto are expected to face off in a fierce manner as the two are plotting to contest for the presidential position.
As usual, Raila is not new in the political field. He has been a subject of betrayal especially when it comes to elections. An intriguing piece of information from United Democratic Alliance Party ally, Maingi has released a bombshell to Orange Democratic Movement party leader Raila Odinga. According to him, Raila's men have been privately meeting deputy president Dr William Ruto occasionally.
In my opinion, this is a huge sign that the former prime minister should take into consideration. These are the most articulate and persuasive member of Orange Democratic Movement party that when they decamp to Ruto's Cabinet, Raila will be left hanging.
Ruto has been "stealing" vocal leaders from different Political parties. Raila should therefore, be vary careful with Ruto's strategies ahead of the forthcoming election before things turn out sour.
