Meru county seems to have decided that their party of choice is UDA. According the latest opinion poll, UDA are in joy as the poll indicates they might win all the top seats from governor, senator and even women representative.

Below are the results of the poll;
In the gubernatorial seat, Mithika Linturi of UDA is the leading candidate in the poll with a ranking of 32.3%. He is beating Kawira Mwangaza as independent candidate who has a ranking of 29.4% and Kiraitu Murungi of Devolution Empowerment Party. Further 10.2% are undecided.

In the senator position, Kathuri Murungi of UDA is leading with 53.3%. He is beating Joseph Kaberia Arimba as independent candidate who has 23.5% and James Mithika Ntongai of Jubilee who has 8.5%. Others are far much behind.

In the women representative seat, UDA is also leading. Their candidate Elizabeth Kairema is ahead with 43.5%. She is beating Edith Mwirigi as independent who has a ranking of 26.4% and Felicity Nkirote Biriri of Devolution Empowerment Party who has 20.1%. Others are far much behind.
