This Saturday stormed Mandera county for a series of consultative meetings and rallies. In a bid to woo locals to support their respective quests.
Where they held a mega rally at Elwak, Mandera county. That turned heroic as thousands of residents turned up in large numbers to grace the event.
Making his grand entrance, Raila's campaign motorcade was forced to slowly navigate to the purposed venue. As hundreds of his supporters flanked it by sides blocking it.
As they continued to chant and shout excitedly Raila's name and azimio la Umoja movement-related slogans.
Note that Mandera county is perceived to be Raila's turf. Hence such a heroic reception towards Raila was to be expected.
