Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga seems to be having the best week amongst presidential aspirants after receiving several groups of defectors this week.
After receiving UDA defectors from Kajiado East just a day ago, Raila has received Vice Chairperson of the The Service Party, Wangui Ng'ang'a, who has ditched Mwangi Kiunjuri's outfit.

She was received by Raila Odinga at KICC this morning, alongside 1000 other women from Mt Kenya, who accompanied Ng'ang'a. This meeting is one among many that Raila has held this week to lay ground for his Azimio La Umoja National Convention to be held at Kasarani on Friday this week.

On an even sweeter note for Raila, he is set to receive official endorsement from a group of wealthy individuals from the Mt Kenya region, known as the Mt Kenya Foundation.
According to KTN News, the said group is held up in a meeting at a Nairobi hotel and will make the declaration afterwards.
Raila's presidential bid is expected to be made official on Friday during the mega convention with some speculating that he might hint at his running mate options on the same date.
