Following the loud noises in the Kenyan streets of politics about the Cherera Four ,the four commissioners, Cherera,Wanderi,Masit and Nyang'aya ,their accusations has been revealed having three accusers ,the republic party, Dennis Nthumbi and Geoffrey Lang'at.
Republic party accusation.
The first accusation on this accuser is that the four commissioners failed to promote public confidence in the office they hold and thus an offence.Secondly is that they failed to adhere to guiding principles of leadership and integrity.Thirdly ,acted in a manner that demean the office they hold . lastly failed to adhere to values and principles of public service.
Dennis Nthumbi Accusation.
Violation of constitution and law ,gross misconduct by the four commissioners,that the commissioners were incompetent, demonstrated partiality and biased conduct in agreeing to alter election results, disowned the results of the presidential election.
Geoffrey Lang'at .
The accuser filed the following petitions against the four commissioners.serious violation of constitution and relevant laws,gross misconduct in performance of duties,violated articles 3(2) of the constitution and finally violated section 26 and 30 of IEBC act 2012.
