A recent survey showing that Raila Odinga is clearly ahead of him as the Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate has given William Ruto a significant setback.
The Deputy President Dr. William Ruto has been defeated by the Former Prime Minister and Azimio la Umoja Presidential candidate Raila Odinga, according to today's "The Star" magazine, by a significant margin of more than 5%.
Raila Odinga and his running mate Martha Karua currently have a support percentage of 44.6, per the poll results reported by the newspaper.
The Kenya Kwanza Chief Principal William Ruto and his running mate Hon. Rigathi Gachagua, on the other hand, are receiving 38.9 percent of the vote. Therefore, if the poll's findings are any indication, it's bad news for William Ruto and his Kenya Kwanza political alliance.
