Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho has send a message of condolences to the family and friends of Mama Sada Mgala.
The deceased was the mother to Kwale County Governor Salim Mvurya.
Joho described the deceased as a role model to many women.
"I am deeply saddened to learn of the demise of Mama Sada Mgala, who was the mother to our brother H.E Salim Mvurya, Governor of Kwale County. The people of Mombasa and I wish to join the Mvurya family in mourning Mama Sada. May the Almighty God give the family strength and patience during this difficult time," he said.
Kenyans used his post to send their messages of condolences to the family and friends of three deceased.
