The August General Elections has been nothing short of electric given the atmosphere that has been building up for the last few months in campaigns that have been mounted by different politicians.

About 14 million Kenyans came out to vote in in the General Elections that was held about two days ago across the country to elect their new leaders for the next five years.
Tallying is now ongoing for all parts of the country that held Elections for the various seats and many are waiting with bated breath for the results.
The Constituency Tallying Centers are where the winners in the various seats are being announced by the Constituency Returning Officer and this morning, chaos seems to have taken shape in Kibra.
Kibra Constituency is considered the home of Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and it is where he voted in the August 9th polls as per the reports that we have.
According to the available reliable reports from The Standard, chaos broke out at the Kibra Constituency Tallying center this morning over the announcement of the results.
Chaos broke out at the Kibra Constituency Tallying centre in Nairobi County this morning after the Constituency Returning Officer delayed the announcement of the Kibra Member of Parliament winner.
The winner of the Kibra Constituency seat is expected to be Peter Oreo who is of the Orange Democratic Movement party.
No injuries have been reported as police have calmed the situation and many expect the results as the day progresses as per the reports that we have with us.
