William Ruto, the president, has departed the nation for Addis Abeba, Ethiopia. The Head of State and Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed will meet in private. Details indicate that Dr. Ruto and Abiy Ahmed will thereafter oversee the launch of Safaricom in Ethiopia.
Dr. William Ruto is scheduled to preside over the official opening of Safaricom Ethiopia in Addis Abeba, according to a statement released by State House.
"William Samoei Ruto, the president of Kenya, has departed for Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, where he will meet privately with Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed. " "Following that, the two leaders will oversee Safaricom's debut in Ethiopia." Through its social media accounts, the State House made a statement.
Given that President William Ruto is currently abroad, Mr. Rigathi Gachagua will be in charge of the state as Mr. Ruto flies to Ethiopia this morning for a new lunch with the Safaricom Foundation.
This is the second time Mr. Rigathi Gachagua has remained in our country as Mr. President William Ruto has made two trips outside the country; previously, Mr. President, he was in the USA, and now he is in Ethiopia. Kenyans are reacting to William Ruto this morning, with some wishing him a cold journey.
Many popular leaders accompanied William Ruto, and he greeted them warmly as they arrived by jet in Ethiopia.
