Raila scales up his mountain tour as he assures Mt. Kenya youths of free and fair elections

The AU Special Envoy for Infrastructure has in the recent past been making frequent political tours to the mountain as commonly referred to by many Kenyans to sell out his agenda, opinions and views on how best this country could be governed.

Among other issues discussed, Hon Raila reiterated that, with President Uhuru still on power, there will be a totally free and fair elections since it was one of the pillars of the issues discussed during the handshake at statehouse.President Uhuru and Raila at a past function.

In bid to woo the youths, former Prime Minister has assured the youths that he will closely work with them, and promised them more than four slots at the cabinet. He subsequently pointed out his previous interactions with the youth during the coalition government era with President Kibaki.

Raila equally expressed his personal concern about the mental health of the young generation. In his speech, Odinga wants involved agencies look for preventive measures to curb the frustration and stresses that lead to youths committing inhumane crimes against each other and themselves.
