Azimio la Umoja One-Kenya presidential candidate Raila Odinga has accused the administration of President Uhuru Kenyatta of claiming Shs700 billion has been lost to transplants each year under the leadership of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
However, the former prime minister warned that if elected as the fifth president, he would close every loophole to free up funds for his welfare program.
