The former SONU chairman who was appointed by President Uhuru Kenyatta as the Chief Administrative Secretary at the Ministry of Education and now a parliamentary candidate at Kigumo constituency Zack Kinuthia, has condemned the act of some Kikuyu elders who had attended a meeting at Deputy president William Ruto's offices in Karen.
Kinuthia has condemned that incident when Dp Ruto was explaining how he threatened and almost slapped the president Uhuru Kenyatta after nullification of election results back in 2017 and the Kikuyu elders were busy laughing to that matter. In an interview with TV47 News, Kinuthia has hit out that it was so shameful to them that the president who is one of them was being confronted by William Ruto as they were laughing at the scene.
"When I say that were it not for the fact that I love my wife, I would have hit her, that is not a compliment anywhere in the world." Kinuthia stated. "How can one of you be attacked then you burst into laughter?" He added. Kinuthia wondered so much on the picture the elders portrayed there.
Kinuthia went ahead and condemned dp Ruto's act of almost slapping his boss which is a dare thing and termed it as lack of respect and shameful thing.
"Imagine your deputy saying this about you? The elders laughing have put us to shame." Zack added.
