The latest development comes only hours after the interior Cabinet Secertary toured the conflict prone Ol-moran, Sipili & Ol-Ng’arua areas of Laikipia County.

During his tour to the region, the interior Cabinet Secretary said that the affected areas will be placed under one administrative district called Kirima to enable security patrols.

Dr Matiang’i while Speaking to the locals on Friday said the government will review and implement several protocols alongside training of police officers in the area to boost security.
