Lucy Gichuhi who migrated to Australia in 1999 with her husband and their children has finally made decision on her daughter burial.
After Lucy became Australia citizen in 2001 she received her bachelor degree in law from the University of South Australia in 2015.
In 2019 Lucy joined politics and become the first kenya- Australia Senator.She also has a book about her journey of life in politics.
Lucy who is 56 years old won the Family First Party seat in the Australia parliament following a special vote recount of the April 2016 election ordered by high court.

Peris Wanjiru who was 33 years old died a month ago.
The family had opened a fund page asking well wishers to help raise sh 3 million to bring her daughter remains to Kenya for burial.
