An exclusive report by KTN News as per the petition filed by the Azimio-One Kenya 2022 Presidential candidate Hon Raila Odinga to the Apex Court now reveals that the Veteran IT Guru Hon Davies Chirchir used his skills and prowess to access IEBC's Backroom application where the 2022 presidential election results were changed to favor William Ruto the newly President-elect.
According to the report by the Media station, Chirchir is reported to have been aided by the likes of Dennis Itumbi, Hon Mwaura, and Wanjohi Githae to conduct the cyber Raid on the IEBC servers. Also in the exclusive report, it is trying that even after the DCI confiscated the suspicious laptop from the Bomas of Kenya, Davies Chirchir, according to Raila, went on to use his means to conduct the hacking activity because the IEBC system supports Staging where Data can be hijacked and altered while on the Network.
