According to recent news that was disseminated by Citizen digital, Azimio has outlined its legislative agenda for the year 2023, which it would like Ruto's government to meet in order to assist families in putting food on their tables.
A statement that was penned down by National Assembly Minority Speaker Opiyo Wandayi Azimio indicated that it will fight tooth and nail to reverse some of the changes that the UDA government made in 2022 including the reversal of Hon Uhuru's subsidies which resulted in a steep rise in the cost of living. The Azimio team went on to encourage Kenyans to not worry too much about the increased school fees by adding that it will demand the complete reinstatement of the Education subsidy in order to bring the cost of education down to a level that is affordable for all Kenyans in every region of the nation.
