Ex-President for Law Society of Kenya Hon Nelson Havi has also joined the growing list id Kenyans who think that the Supreme Court of Kenya has once again delivered an unfair ruling demanding that it is not a must for Governors, Senators, MCAs to have completed their Undergraduate studies for them to vie in any of the elective seats.
Responding to the just released Ruling that has acted as a reprieve to the likes of Sudi, Sakaja among others who had an uphill battle towards the 2022 general election over the credibility of their academic papers, the Ex-Candidate for the Westland Parliamentary seat said that it makes no sense for one to have illiteracy as their qualification to be elected.
His reaction comes barely hours after the Nation Mesia reported that "Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi did not complete his primary school education, his former mathematics teacher Simon Cherop told the court Thursday, September 29, 2022."
