Infortrack yesterday released opinion poll Results for all the 290 constituencies in the country.
According to the founder of Infortrack Angela Ambitho, they collected data from Constituents whose criteria on good perfomance ranged from good utelization of CDF funds, the MPs charisma and how he/ she articulates issues at the floor of the house and the interpersonal skills.
In a scale of 1-10 Where 1 is very poor and 10 is excellent, mp for Emuhaya Omboko Milemba topped with a score of 75.6% followed by Emurua Dikirr mp Johanna Ngeno at 71%. Mwala mp Vincent Musioka Musau came third with 70% while khwisero mp Christopher Aseka became Number four and to close the top five, kibwezi west mp partrick Mweu msimba came fifth with 69.8%.
At the bottom end we have Isiolo south Mp Abdi Tepo with a score of 33%,He follows clement kigano of Kangemaand Frances kimani of Molo.
This is not the first time that the mp for Isiolo south is appearing on the list of shame. According to annual parliamentary scorecard released recently, Mr Abdi Tepo together with other 21 MPs were found not to have uttered a word in the national assembly.
The MPs roles in parliament have come under sharp focus in the recent past following Chief justice Maraga's advice to dissolve parliament due to its inability to pass the third gender law according to the dictates of the constitution.
