Honorable Wangui Ngirici, who served as the woman representative for Kirinyaga County, finally used her social media account several hours after Ruto chose his cabinet members today. Ngirici believes that individuals who are appointed should put their attention into working on manifestos that are developed from the ground up for the benefit of Kenyans.
"I'd like to offer my congratulations to the newly nominated cabinet members. As you tirelessly serve Kenyans, may the new broom sweep clean from the ground up to the ceiling "said Wangui Ngirici.
Ngirici was one of the few persons who Ruto could count on when it came to his best buddies in the past. Later on, she left the United Democratic party and ran as an independent candidate for the Kirinyaga County seat of the board of supervisors, but she was ultimately unsuccessful and lost to Ann Waiguru.
She was supported by a number of Kenyans in their hopes that she would join Ruto's cabinet, but it appears that the head of state has different intentions for her. Now that the administration has been officially established, let's wait and watch to see how things will turn out in the near future.
