Azimio's Secretariat Kick Off Attacks on The System for Failure to Defend Raila Odinga's Victory

The Azimio One Kenya Alliance secretariat has kicked off attacks on the system for failing former Prime Minister Raila Odinga at his 5th stab to the Presidency as new details emerge.

Speaking to the Standard one of the Azimio One Kenya Alliance secretariat presidential chief agents Saitabao ole Kanchory who played a crucial role in the verification process of presidential votes at the Bomas of Kenya has informed that, Raila Odinga's failure to cling to the Presidency can only be blamed on the system accusing the team of unknown persons powerful in the government of watching William Ruto outsmart them without doing nothing.

“The rigging and theft witnessed by those of us who spent Wednesday to Monday in Bomas were so comprehensive, yet it succeeded right under the eyes of ‘system’. The only plausible explanation is that part or parts of the system enabled it.," the Official has said as quoted in the Nation.

Rubbishing claims that the Azimio Secretariat is the one to blame for the failure of the former Prime Minister.

"The term ‘secretariat’ has now become amorphous … all and sundry now stand accused. What then gets lost is why WSR (the President) was able to outmaneuver and outflank the system,” the official has added.

The remarks come even despite Raila Odinga defending the agents and the system.

Former Laikipia Governor Ndiritu Muriithi however is of the view that there was no need for blame games, saying the two teams did an “exemplary” job.

“When the results are not the ones desired, people will tend to point fingers and it’s a very unfortunate situation. I’m not aware of any push and pull. What I saw was a very large temporary organization performing superbly,” he said.
