Mudavadi Breaks Silence Days After Raila Declared Monday 20th March A Public Holiday

His Excellency Musalia Mudavadi is a Kenyan politician, he is one of the leaders in the Western region, he is also the ANC party leader and also he is the Prime Cabinet Secretary in the Kenya Kwanza government.

Today 15th March 2023 he has broken his silence just a day after the former Prime Minister of Kenya Rt Hon Raila Amollo Odinga declared that 20th March 2023 will be a public holiday.

According to Musalia Mudavadi 20th March 2023 will be a normal working day and there are procedures to be followed before public holidays are announced.

Musalia Mudavadi has informed all Kenyans that Kenya is a country that is anchored by the rule of law and it is very wrong for just anyone to declare a public holiday.

According to Musalia Mudavadi declaration of public holiday is a disregard to the rule of law.

"Monday the 20th is a normal working day. There are procedures to how public holidays are declared. We are in a country that's anchored by the rule of law. It's wrong for anyone to declare a public holiday in disregard to the rule of law - Musalia Mudavadi, Prime Cabinet Secretary." Citizen TV Kenya posted on their official verified Facebook page.
