Big Blow to Kanini Kega, Sabina Chege After Details of a New Court Order in Favour of Kioni, Murathe

A verdict that was handed out by the court on Friday put a stop on Honorable Jeremiah Kioni's expulsion from the legislature. Kioni was a former member of parliament who represented the Ndaragwa Constituency. The judgement was handed down on Friday.

Kanini Kega and Sabina Chege's decision to remove Jeremiah Kioni was reversed by the court, which dealt a huge defeat to the two individuals who have declared that they are the proper leaders of the party. Kanini Kega and Sabina Chege have claimed that they are the genuine leaders of the party.

An injunction was granted to David Murathe, the vice chairperson of the Jubilee party, which postponed the process of expelling him as a member of the Jubilee party for a period of time. As a consequence of the new ruling made by the court, he was provided with favorable treatment.

They were expelled from the party in February as a result of a decision that was taken by the Chairperson Nelson Dzuya. The decision was based on the fact that they were reckless and did not follow the regulations that were established. The decision was taken when the Parliamentary Group held a meeting in Nakuru, and the meeting led to the making of the decision.

This comes at a time when the National Delegates Convention of the Jubilee party has also expelled the Kanini Kega group from the party. The conference was presided over by His Excellency, former Head of State and President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Already, Raila Odinga's Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance has threatened to bring everything to a halt if William Ruto's Kenya Kwanza party does not stop intervening in the internal difficulties of the Jubilee party. This is due to the fact that William Ruto is the current Deputy Prime Minister of Kenya.
