Elgeyo Marakwet senator Kipchumba Murkomen has bursted into early celebration today despite national tallying centers continuing counting of votes as deputy President William Ruto and former prime minister Raila Odinga rivals on who will emerge a victor at the end of the entire exercise.
The incumbent senator has today joined the residents of Keiyo North to celebrate the victory of his close confidants who earned victory in different elective positions, including Adam Kipsanai who won a parliamentary seat, and a number of members of County Assembly.

The lawmaker was in the company of the Elgeyo Marakwet governor elect Wisely Rotich who was elected as the second governor of the county.
