Days after she was unveiled as Baba’s Running-mate at the KICC, Martha Karua has been touring central kenya, Popularizing The Azimio alliance.
For the past few days, Karua has spent her time in the region trying to lure in more voters into Baba’s basket ahead of August 9th polls.
Nevertheless, she has been facing rebellion from a section of locals who have jeered her down during several rallies.
Today, the Azimio running mate has taken his political rallies to Kiambu County.
In photos shared by her social media handles, Karua was welcomed by a massive crowd in Limuru where she has started her Kiambu County tour.
In the past few weeks Central kenya has been viewed as a Ruto stronghold, however Martha Karua seems to have brought some competition in the race.
On the other hand, Dp Ruto and his deputy Gachagua will be in Murang'a and later tour Nyeri county where several mega rallies are expected to take place.
