Advocate Speaks On Mudavadi's Role In Ruto's Government

Seasoned advocate has poke holes on Amani National Congress party leader Musalia Mudavadi's nomination for position Prime Chief Cabinet in Ruto's 22 list of Cabinet Secretaries.

Speaking in interview with source, Advocate Ken Echesa said Musalia Mudavadi appointment is not by law, and as a results, he cannot go the parliament like other 21 nominees for vetting, claiming the position is not in the Constitution.

"He cannot go for vetting in parliament. We are vetting him for which position. He ought not to go through the vetting, the positions is created, but not in Constitution." Ken Echesa noted.

To his view, President William Ruto brought Musalia Mudavadi to the cabinet to make sure that the Cabinet Secretaries take charge of their roles in Kenya Kwanza.

"Musalia Mudavadi has been brought to the cabinet to make sure that the CSs take charge of their roles in the line with the Kenya Kwanza manifesto." He added.
